Colin McAllister and the Trilix Jazz Trio (with Paul Musso – guitar and Jason Crowe – bass) are pleased to return to Cucuru!

Their core repertoire includes original compositions, as well as swing standards from the big band and bebop eras, the great modal sounds of the Miles Davis quartet and others, “cool jazz”, bossa nova and other latin rhythms, and arrangements and tunes by guitarists including Johnny Smith, Tal Farlow, Wes Montgomery, John McLaughlin and Pat Metheny.

Family owned and operated, Cucuru is located in a comfortable Old Colorado City House. The restaurant and gallery occupy 5 rooms and a charming back patio, where you’ll often find music.  Each dining room evokes a warm, intimate feeling and reflects the colors  and images of Latin culture. Cucuru offers contemporary interpretations of regional Spanish Tapas and a variety of other eats. The wine selection is amazing, offering the worlds most extensive collection of Spain’s D.O.’s, as well as a fine selection of Sherries and Gran Solera Brandies de Jerez.
